Cablesoft, Inc. appoints Chief Executive Officer and President

Cablesoft, Inc. (Tempe, AZ; www.itracs.com) appointed Tom Reedy as Chief Executive Officer and President. Reedy succeeds Pete Pela who was named Chairman and Chief Technology officer. Reedy will oversee business strategy and prepare Cablesoft for an Initial Public Offering in 2001.
