RackFinder guides users to electronics-housing equipment

Jan. 13, 2003--The Web-based program from Middle Atlantic products is a companion to the company's RackTools offering.

RackFinder, a Web-based program from Middle Atlantic Products (www.middleatlantic.com), intuitively takes users through a short series of steps to identify product offerings that will meet their specific needs. Users are then presented with links to comprehensive product information as well as any related accessories that are offered.

The company says it created RackFinder as a means of "providing communications professionals with the tools and technology to efficiently and cost-effectively conduct their business."

RackFinder is a companion to RackTools, another Web-based program from Middle Atlantic. RackTools, a software program based on the Visio platform with which elevation drawings can be created of rack and enclosure systems. That tool is available for free download from www.racktools.com.
