Rittal adds to senior management team

Feb. 5, 2003--Terry Ray and Eugene Peden join Peter Kokuzian to form Rittal's executive management committee.

Rittal Corp. (www.rittal-corp.com) recently announced several additions to its senior management team. Terry Ray joined as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Ray was formerly CFO and chief administrative officer at Lightning Manufacturing Solutions, a subsidiary of Flextronics. He has more than 15 years of combined CFO and operations/general management experience. Ray is a graduate of DePaul University and holds BSC and MSA degrees. He is a certified public accountant.

Rittal also appointed Eugene Peden as senior vice president of operations. He spent five years as an operations manager at Flextronics, including two years of regional general manager for Asian enclosure operations. He oversaw the startup of manufacturing facilities in Thailand and China. Peden holds a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Queens University and is a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
