Conestoga Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) Networks (www.callconestoga.com) has completed the construction of its hybrid/fiber coaxial network in State College, Pennsylvania as well as a new fully operational local toll switching center in that market. CEI can now offer local dialtone, long distance, high-speed cable modem, and cable television service over their own network, otherwise referred to as 'On-Net' broadband service.
