Sunglobe and MHC Sign NAP

Sunglobe Fiber Systems has signed a joint venture agreement with Multi Holding Corp. (MHC) forming NAP Panamericano S.A.

Sunglobe Fiber Systems (www.sunglobefilter.com) has signed a joint venture agreement with Multi Holding Corp. (MHC) forming NAP Panamericano S.A. The joint venture company will build and operate an Internet Network Access Point (NAP) in Panama City's Metro Park Complex. Plans are for the NAP to be operational by 2Q01, offering Internet providers throughout the Americas the capability to connect directly to foreign Internet backbone and US access points.
