As a result, sales of broadband equipment and services tailored to this market will rise from $370 million in 2000 to $4.8 billion by 2004, according to Cahners In-Stat Group (www.instat.com). MTU owners will deploy broadband in order to attract and retain tenants and add new revenue streams.
