December 26, 2001 The addition of five new members brings to 17 the total number of directors for the building-automation group.
The Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA--www.caba.org) recently elected five members to its board of directors. With the addition of these five, the group's board now includes 17 members.
Among the new members are Jeffrey Barco, CEO of Broadband Home Inc.; Kathryn Beaton, president and CEO of Hydro One Markets Inc. and CIO of Hydro One Inc.; Ben Mandell, producer of The New Home Show; Robert Suggs, senior associate manager with TXU Energy Co.; and Ronald Wilson, CEO of Vantage Controls Corp. and president and CEO of TransEra Corp.
"These five leaders will strengthen the CABA board of directors," said Ronald Zimmer, CABA's president and CEO. "Their knowledge and expertise will be very important as CABA continues to expand and promote the integrated systems and home/building automation sector."
