July 25, 2001 Band-It (www.band-it-idex.com) has named Fortney Sales Company (www.fortneysales.com) of Kennesaw, GA as a manufacturer's rep for Florida and Georgia. Ron Angotti, Band-It's national sales manager, made the announcement. Fortney will stock many of Band-It's stainless-steel clamping products. Fortney has specialized in hose and conveyor-belt products since 1978.
