April 10, 2001 The BICSI Telecommunications Dictionary is now online at (www.division17.com/misc/bicsi_dict/dict.asp ). The searchable dictionary includes options to view English only, Acronyms only (English), English and Spanish terms, as well as Symbols (PDF). The Spanish version is considered a test/draft version. A Spanish version of the dictionary will be published (paper/CD-ROM) after the second edition of the dictionary (English) is published, sometime in 2002.
