Commissioner Ness to Deliver Keynote Address at PT SUPERCOMM ASIA 2001

Susan Ness, FCC Commissioner, will deliver the opening keynote address at PT SUPERCOMM ASIA 2001 on Wednesday, April 25. Commissioner Ness will address 'The Global Community: Digital Opportunity and the High-Speed Internet.' Susan Ness was nominated to the FCC in 1994 and re-nominated for a second five-year term in 1999. PT SUPERCOMM ASIA 2001 (www.supercommasia.com.sg), a four-day communications and IT exhibition and multi-track conference, will take place in Shanghai, China, April 25-28. The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) (www.tiaonline.org) is co-sponsoring the exhibition with China's National Postal and Telecommunications Appliances Corporation, Times Publishing of Singapore, and the Communications Industry Association of Japan.
