May 18, 2001 Krone (www.krone.com) has created a new organization region covering all of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The new organization brings together the U.K., Germany, and existing EMEA regions into a single profit center.
Stepping up from the role of managing director of Krone Germany is Axel Kahsnitz, who heads the new region.
"This development is in line with the global infrastructure of our major customers and offers key account management throughout the entire region, " says Mansel Healy, marketing and products director of Krone U.K. "It will allow Krone to exploit the synergy that exists in the U.K. and German centers for our continued growth in fiber, private and public networks, and diagnostic services."
