Bandwidth9, Inc. (www.bw9.com) is developing variable-wavelength, tunable optical filter subsystems for application in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks. The tunable filters will provide equipment manufacturers and telecommunications carriers a solution for remotely and dynamically controlling the reception of optical information within DWDM Metro networks.
