Edge Group awards HellermannTyton
November 30, 2006 -- HellermannTyton was given the award for exceeding the distributor group's annual goals for supplier growth.
November 30, 2006 -- The Edge Marketing and Procurement Group has recognized HellermannTyton, a global manufacturer of network cabling platforms, by awarding the company with the "Edge Supplier Growth Award."
HellermannTyton (www.hellermann.tyton.com) was given the award for exceeding Edge's (www.edgegroup.org) annual goals for supplier growth. The award marks HellermannTyton's third year as an Edge preferred supplier.
"This award exemplifies the strong working relationship that Edge distributors have with HellermannTyton and the extraordinary results which come from strategic planning and working together throughout the year," remarks Ron Meyers, chairman of Edge Group.
Edge is a distributor-owned organization of independent distributors and select vendors representing the electronic, data communications, broadcast, security, and CCTV industries. The distributor says it named HellermannTyton as a preferred supplier due to the company's selection of high-quality cable ties, cable tie tool systems, specialty fasteners and mounts, wiring duct, surface raceway, network cabling and identification systems.
