May 10, 2006 - Howard W. Kelley has been a director of the company since May 2005.

American Access Technologies (www.aatk.com), a manufacturer of patented zone cabling and wireless enclosures, recently announced that its board of directors has elected Howard W. Kelley chairman. Kelley has served as a director of the company since May 2005 and is the chairman of the corporate governance committee as well as a member of the audit committee. Kelley succeeds John E. "American Access is an excited business opportunity poised to enter its next growth phase," Kelley said. To that end, our corporate governance and nominating committee has begun the search for a permanent president and CEO."
