August 13, 2007 -- Control systems manufacturer Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) announced that Jason Lindvall will join the company as director of product integration, and will lead RTI's Integration Partner Program.

According to a press release, Lindvall will serve as the technical liaison between RTI and manufacturer partner companies; his group will be tasked with developing interfaces between RTI's products and other manufacturers' products.

"With his wealth of experience in the custom installation industry, Jason will be an invaluable asset to RTI," comments Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. "His talent, passion and proven leadership ability will ensure seamless integration of RTI's control systems with our industry partners' products and further strengthen RTI's Committed to Custom initiative among RTI installers."

According to RTI, Lindvall brings over 20 years of custom installation industry experience to his new position. He spent the last 5 years as principal of his own company, Jsonics, Inc., in which his main focus was the design, installation and programming of custom electronics systems.

Going forward, Lindvall will oversee the testing of all new RTI interfaces, guaranteeing flawless integration with the company's control systems and all system components, thus saving dealers valuable time on the project site.

"It's an awesome opportunity to join the RTI team of professionals whose award-winning control systems set the standards in the custom installation industry," says Lindvall. "I look forward to utilizing my product integration experience to further the development of RTI interfaces with other manufacturers' products and advance the already excellent Integration Partner Program."
