June 13, 2007 -- The Intercon 1 division of Nortech Systems, Inc. has released two new product catalogs. The catalogs, titled "Precision Cable Assemblies" and "Precision Bulk Assemblies," feature Intercon's full line of precision cables and cable assemblies for the machine vision industry.

The new catalogs replace the existing 28-page Precision Bulk Cable and Assemblies catalog, and offer an expanded selection of new and existing ruggedized high-flex cable assemblies and bulk cables.

The 43-page Precision Cable Assembly catalog includes Intercon's industrialized analog, camera link, mini-camera link, Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 1394, UBS 2.0, and remote head cables. The 52-page Precision Bulk Assemblies catalog includes the company's industrial multi-conductor, coaxial, composite, digital and Infini Flex family of cables.

Organized by product category, the catalogs feature a one-page outline for each product including a photo, outline, and main product specifications as well as ordering information for each cable and cable assembly.

Intercon 1 also offers custom cable capabilities for a variety of industries and applications. The company says its in-house R&D department allows it to identify the best solutions for unique and demanding high-flex applications.

Along with custom assemblies, the company also offers custom bulk cables incorporating ruggedized jacket materials, various shielding options and customized conductor counts and gauges.
