October 11, 2007 -- Digital and IP video surveillance systems provider Vicon Industries Inc. has published an updated version of its "Product and System Guide."

The 17-page booklet, sporting the company's 40th Anniversary seal, serves as a short-form catalog, summarizing all Vicon product lines, including the recently released ViconNet 4.0 digital video management system.

According to a press release, new to this year's guide is an addition to the company's Kollector family of DVRs, the Kollector Lite XG, as well as the company's new I-ONYX line of IP cameras. Also, a two page spread highlights the features of ViconNet 4.0, as well as new products for use with version 4.0, including the company's Virtual Matrix Controller and KRX-3 video decoder.

"We understand that our customers' time is valuable and tools such as our Product and System Guide serve as a quick reference tool, making it easy for them to find concise information about our full range of products," says Margie Gurwin, Vicon's director of marketing.
