Ms. Rybinski's expertise is focused in the fields of balanced twisted-pair and fiber optic telecommunications cabling, connecting hardware, and cables. She is the current Chair of the TIA TR-42.7 Copper Cabling Systems Subcommittee. Leading up to this prestigious position Ms. Rybinski was a involved with working groups responsible for the development of telecommunications standards such TIA/EIA-568-B and TIA/EIA-568-B.1. She is the vice-chair of the TIA TR-42.7 copper cabling sub-committee, chair of the TIA TR-42.7.1 connecting hardware working group, and TIA TR-42 appointed liaison to IEEE 802.3. She has authored over 40 technical articles and engineering papers and holds one U.S. Patent.
