Vincent is Senior Product Manager for NETSCOUT’s network test tools including OneTouch, LinkRunner and Link-Live cloud service. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing and managing Network Test Solutions: Protocol Analyzer, Stream-to-disk appliance, Switch/Tap solution and various hand-held cable test and network test products. Vincent began his career with Fluke Corporation in 1986, and has been managing sales and marketing of network test solutions since 1993. He graduated from University of Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and received his MBA from University of Washington, Bothell.
