Tom joined Panduit in 1998 where he began his career in research and development before moving to product design, engineering management, and product line management. Currently, he is the director of business development for Panduit’s Enterprise business unit, focusing on connecting customers, information, and technology through Panduit solutions. He is responsible for strategy, execution and thought leadership.
