June 25, 2001 CABA (Continental Automated Buildings Association) is posting updates to their web site for standards and protocol groups as they become available.

June 25, 2001 In CABA's (Continental Automated Buildings Association) efforts to facilitate and encourage industry-wide interoperability of protocols and standards, updates for standards and protocol groups are posted on their web site as they become available at: www.caba.org/standardsgroupset.html.

The following standards and protocol groups have completed and submitted recent update reports:

• 1394 Trade Association

• Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM)

• CableLabs

• CEBus Industry Council (CIC)

• Home Audio Video Interoperability (HAVi)

• HomePlug Powerline Alliance

• Home Phoneline Networking Alliance (HomePNA)

• HomeRF Working Group

• LonMark Interoperability Association

• Orthogononal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM)

• Open Services Gateway Initiative (OSGi)

• R7-Consumer Electronics Association

• Security Industry Association (SIA)

• Universal Plug and Play Forum (UPnP)

The CABA Standards Committee has also developed a template which they asked all standards and protocol groups to complete to help the various industry stakeholders better understand, and differentiate between the various standards and protocols. The following standards and protocol groups have completed profiles that are also included on CABA's web site:
