Azco acquires GRID IP Wireless

Azco Technologies Inc. (Blaine, WA) announced that it has acquired GRID Wireless, a producer of IP wireless transmission products for data communication and IP surveillance networks.

The GRID Wireless product line contains 900MHz, 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz IP wireless systems made in Canada, which are shipping now, available from Azco Technologies' distribution network.

The strategic acquisition aims to grow Azco’s IP product offering and foster inroads into the security market, the company said in a press release.
