comCables has unveiled its Cat 5e2 brand of plenum cable. The company says the cabling's rigid, thin design prevents bending and twisting, making for easy installation. Made in the U.S. of solid 24-AWG copper, the cable features sequential footage marking and is ETL listed and performance verified.
The cable's new outer jacket design is durable and tough, yet easy to remove when needed, with no rip cord to delay installation time, asserts comCables. From the design of the product's “Easy-Feed” box down to the engineering of its twisted pairs, the 100 MHz plenum cable is billed as installer-friendly with performance exceeding its 100 MHz rating.
The 5e2 plenum cable is now available at comCables' authorized distributors.
