Fiber-optic attenuator

July 1, 1997
With an attenuation range of 0.60 dB and a wavelength range of 800 to 1650 nm, the 630R programmable fiber-optic attenuator comes with a dual-function knob to set attenuation value and wavelength calibration. Insertion loss is less than 3 dB, resolution is 0.05 dB, and repeatability is 0.1 dB. Linearity of detectors and receivers can be verified using the optional monitor port.
