Antaira Launches Ultra-Thin Flat-Mount PoE+ Switch for Space-Constrained Industrial Networks

New 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch delivers PoE+ power and industrial durability in a 1.24-inch-deep form factor

Antaira Technologies, LLC has introduced a new ultra-flat industrial Ethernet switch designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance networking in space-constrained industrial environments. The FNP-0500G-T is a 5-port, unmanaged Ethernet PoE+ switch that mounts directly against control panel and enclosure surfaces, requiring an installation depth of just 1.24 inches (31.5 mm).

Flat-Mount Design Supports Compact Industrial Installations

Antaira’s FNP-0500G-T Ethernet switch is engineered for applications where traditional Ethernet switches are too bulky, including control panels, NEMA enclosures, and more.

Joe Cook, General Manager, Antaira Technologies, LLC, stated, “The FNP-0500G-T can be deployed in space-constrained environments to provide PoE+ power up to 30W per port to IP cameras, Lidar, industrial sensors, wireless radios and other PoE devices.”

PoE+ Power and Gigabit Performance

The switch features five Gigabit Ethernet ports, including four IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ ports capable of delivering up to 30 watts per port. With a total PoE power budget of up to 100 watts using a 48 VDC input—or up to 120 watts with a 56 VDC input—the FNP-0500G-T supports a wide range of powered industrial devices.

Designed for unmanaged operation, the switch allows for quick deployment and seamless integration into existing industrial Ethernet networks.

Additional Features of Antaira’s FNP-0500G-T Switch

The FNP-0500G-T is built to operate reliably in demanding conditions and can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +75°C (-40°F to +167°F), meets multiple industrial certifications and compliance standards, and comes with a five-year warranty.
