AMG Systems Launches AMG840 Network Server Appliance for High-Performance Monitoring
AMG Systems has introduced the AMG840 Network Server Appliance, a high-performance 1U rack-mount platform made to support advanced network monitoring and management in critical infrastructure environments.
High-Speed Connectivity and Flexible Deployments
The AMG840 is built for high-bandwidth environments like transportation systems, utilities, enterprise security, public safety networks, and industrial operations.
For connectivity, the platform includes a mix of six 2.5Gb RJ45 ports and four 10Gb SFP+ ports and is engineered to handle high-bandwidth data traffic while maintaining continuous uptime and operational reliability.
AMG’s appliance supports Intel 12th and 13th generation Core processors and supports up to 64GB DDR4 memory. Preconfigured systems are available with AMG’s network monitoring and management software installed.
Entry-level configurations are also available, allowing system integrators and end users to deploy custom applications, operating systems, and storage based on their needs.
Reliability in Continuous Operation Environments
To support critical applications, the AMG840 includes dual redundant, hot-swappable power supplies to reduce downtime and ensure system continuity. The appliance is housed in a rugged metal chassis designed for standard 19-inch 1U rack installations and operates within commercial temperature ranges.
The platform supports both Windows and Linux operating systems and complies with key requirements such as NDAA and TAA.
