Graybar and Emerson Network Power have formalized in writing a long-term informal relationship between the two companies. Under the terms of the formal written agreement, Graybar will market and distribute Emerson Network Power's Liebert products and systems. Liebert uninterruptible power supplies, cooling systems and other solutions are covered under the agreement.
