Sinclair Digital, DCPacket Add VoltServer FMP Technology to Their Portfolios
VoltServer recently announced partnerships with two organizations—DCPacket and Sinclair Digital—through which the companies will incorporate VoltServer’s Digital Electricity technology into the portfolios they offer to customers.
DCPacket provides power distribution solutions to data centers, featuring its flagship Titan Platform. Sinclair Digital provides intelligent building infrastructure solutions that converge data and power across a low voltage DC platform.
AgileCore for Smart Buildings
When announcing the partnership with Sinclair Digital, VoltServer stated, “Sinclair Digital’s AgileCore Distributed Edge Architecture, embedded with VoltServer’s innovative fault managed power (FMP) technology, is redefining building infrastructure with end-to-end IT, lighting, and converged network solutions. AgileCore delivers a unified, high-performance digital backbone that combines DC power and high-speed data in one network and to the edge where it’s needed.”
The AgileCore platform provides scalable, plug-and-play infrastructure that powers IT devices, wireless access points, LED luminaires, sensors, cameras, lighting controls, HVAC controls, USB charging, and other applications. Sinclair boasts its distributed edge architecture dramatically reduces material use; it requires 80% less copper and 100% less conduit than alternatives. It also eliminates the need for intermediate crossconnects/intermediate distribution frames (ICs/IDFs), which the company says cuts initial construction costs by approximately $3 to $8 per square foot. It also lowers energy consumption by as much as 30%.
Sinclair Digital’s chief revenue officer Matt Conger commented, “Embedding VoltServer’s FMP platform into our AgileCore Distributed Edge Architecgture delivers a smarter, safer, and more-flexible digital backbone,” adding that the inclusion into the AgileCore ecosystem “amplifies our ability to deliver a futureproofed high-performance solution. For organizations seeking next-generation edge AI-ready network and building infrastructure solutions that deliver resiliency, flexibility, safety, and efficiency at scale, Sinclair Digital remains uniquely positioned to deliver.”
Simple FMP Integration
Through its Solution Partner Program, VoltServer gives vetted orgnizations access to its patented technology and products, creating opportunities to license, embed, private-label, or resell Digital Electricity as part of their own business offerings.
VoltServer’s chief revenue officer Ronna Davis said, “Our mission is to make it simpler for our partners to integrate and deploy fault managed power. By providing hands-on support, the most proven and advanced FMP technology in the industry and a robust ecosystem, we empower our partners to confidently bring comprehensive Digital Electricity solutions including service and support models to customers globally.”
Fault Managed Power for Data Centers
Concerning the partnership with DCPacket, the organizations said the collaboration “embodies a shared commitment to revolutionizing data center power distribution through Digital Electricity. By seamlessly integrating DCPacket’s flagship Titan Platform with VoltServer’s patented technology, the companies deliver unparalleled value: touch-safe, low-voltage DC power transmission over standard data cables that reduces installation costs by up to 50%, minimizes downtime through real-time fault detection, and supports hyperscale AI and edge computing environments with resilient, sustainable infrastructure. This collaboration accelerates innovation, drives operational efficiency, and futureproofs data centers for the demands of tomorrow—demonstrating that true partnership powers progress at scale.”
DCPacket’s managing director Scotty Lynn concluded, “This partnership with VoltServer is a game-changer for the data center market, where power density and reliability are non-negotiable. By combining DCPacket DC-power distribution platform with Digital Electricity, we’re delivering resilient, cost-effective solutions that cut downtime risks and accelerate deployments, empowering operators to scale sustainability in an era of exploding edge computing demands.”
