Improving on previous designs, the new MaxCell Premise products deliver all of the requirements needed for a premise or riser application at a better value, contends the manufacturer.

MaxCell has introduced its latest product innovation in conduit innerduct for in-building and confined space applications, MaxCell Premise.

Improving on previous designs, the new MaxCell Premise products deliver all of the requirements needed for a premise or riser application at a better value, contends the manufacturer.

Per a product announcement:

"MaxCell Premise meets all of the specifications needed for in-building enterprise applications, data centers, or confined space builds, including being UL 2024 (OFCR FT-6) listed; Low Smoke, Zero Halogen (LSZH); Fire Retardant; and, Halogen-free."

The newest MaxCell Premise products are made for use in ducts ranging from 1.25” to 4” in diameter. Configured in 1- to 3-cell packs, each cell has different colored pull tapes pre-installed for simplified installation.

MaxCell Premise is also available in a self-supporting version, with a strong and flexible preinstalled, integrated galvanized support wire.

"Where the cable pathway is overly dense and space is at a premium, MaxCell Premise will allow new cables to be installed easily, eliminating the need for rigid conduit," states the company. "In cases of short runs, cables can often be pulled into place by hand, saving time and expense."
