ICT managed services provider Prosource acquires VanDyke, Inc.

The acquisition bolsters Prosource's business technology and imaging solutions footprint in the Midwest U.S. across the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Prosource, among the Cincinnati, Ohio region's top ICT and IT business technology solutions providers, has now announced its acquisition of VanDyke, Inc., a full-service office equipment provider based in Ashland, Kentucky.

Since 1984, VanDyke, Inc. has provided the essentials in business equipment and software to help customers across the Midwest. The acquisition is the second of the year for Prosource.

In January, Prosource acquired PBSI Technology Solutions of Sharonville, Ohio, bringing additional technical talent as well as expanded capabilities in structured cabling, telecommunications services and consulting, security and surveillance equipment, and audio/video solutions to Prosource's robust managed IT business technology offering.

Now the acquisition of VanDyke, Inc. bolsters Prosource's footprint in the Midwest U.S., driving growth in the firm's imaging and managed print services business across the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia..
