Black Box eyes growth of intelligent digital edge, launches 8 new websites to serve enterprises globally

Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX), a leading global provider of intelligent digital edge services and solutions, announced last week that it has unveiled eight new international websites, making it easier for enterprises across the globe to transform at the digital edge.

The eight sites—Australia, Belgium/Luxemburg/Netherlands (Benelux), Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Sweden, and the United Kingdom—offer users quick and easy access to essential information and country-specific features, providing a comprehensive roadmap about how enterprises can transform at the digital edge using solutions and services from Black Box.

The new sites' enhanced rich content focuses on the company's Wireless/Mobility, Structured Cabling, and Edge Services for clients—regardless of industry. In addition, the sites highlight industry-specific solutions developed for verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, and Education.

“The new sites highlight services and technology solutions that are built to drive our intelligent digital edge strategy, which is the largest and fastest growing part of our business. The sites give worldwide users the ability to easily view the services portfolio available in their country,” stated Joel Trammell, Black Box president and CEO. “One of our corporate values is to be easy to do business with, and the simultaneous launch of these sites is a manifestation of that value.”

The websites are part of Black Box’s plan to strengthen and redefine its worldwide online offerings, the company says. “With this rollout, current and future customers around the globe will have the same user experiences when viewing information about Black Box’s world-class intelligent digital edge services and solutions,” said Doug Oathout, Black Box senior vice president, Commercial Services Marketing.

Black Box contends that its global footprint and deep bench of skilled technicians enables the company to design, deploy, and manage intelligent digital edge solutions that deliver consistent user experiences across multiple locations at scale—regardless of the amount of technology a customer has deployed.

Per a company press release, "All sites feature the same clean, uncluttered design and improved functionality. These Black Box Commercial Services international websites will be updated on a regular basis with product launch information, local and international events, and location-specific news and services." Visitors are encouraged to explore the websites and sign up for emails and newsletters from the company.
