The MMS686SCT surge protector from Minuteman Power Technologies protects from spikes and surges "in a stylish and compact package," the company says.

"The 8-outlet strip offers 3420J of surge protection and X3 MOV technology to ensure safe protection," Minuteman added. The unit includes surge- protected coaxial and network ports to protect communications and audio/video equipment from damaging power events. The protector comes with a limited lifetime warranty and a connected-equipment protection plan.
