Graybar grants $250K funding to NECA's ELECTRI for industry research, education, training

ELECTRI was established in 1989 by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).

Electrical, communications, and data networking products and supply chain/logistical services provider Graybar has donated $250,000 to ELECTRI International in recognition of products purchased through Graybar and Graybar ESP program manufacturers from Feb. 2, 2010 through Nov. 30, 2010.

The donation is intended to help ELECTRI further its mission to fund, conduct, and monitor the electrical industry's research and deliver management education and supervisory training programs.

ELECTRI was established in 1989 by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the voice of the more than $100 billion industry responsible for lighting, power, and communication systems in buildings and communities across the United States. In partnership with NECA, ELECTRI works to help electrical contractors meet today's demands and tomorrow's challenges.

Participating Graybar ESP program manufacturers included Square D, GE Lamps, ERICO, Cooper Bussmann, Cooper Lighting, Cooper Crouse-Hinds, Cooper B-Line, Thomas & Betts, Panduit, Leviton, Hubbell, and Wiremold.
