August 19, 2009 -- Bolide Technology Group has introduced its "Focus-Free" 4-9mm vari-focal dome camera.

The BC2009/AVAIRF is described as a 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD, 500TVL, vandal-proof IR dome camera featuring the company's 4-9mm "Focus-Free" lens, which is designed to produce sharp images without having to manually adjust the lens for distance.

Bolide says the camera takes the risk out of installation with no need to remove the dome cover and a built-in RS485 interface.
