The flexible RB-series fiber-optic ribbon cable is suitable for use in high-density patch panels and for running to workstations. Ranging from four to 12 fibers, the cables can contain singlemode, multimode, or a combination of both types of fiber. The outer cable jacket can be flame-retardant UL OFNR- or OFNP-rated, and a zero-halogen construction is available. These ribbon cables can be used as part of "plug-and-play" systems with preconnectorized ribbon-assembly cables, with special pulling
