Converter

Jan. 1, 2000
The Model CDX440 converts the signal of any Pelco 15- or 21-bit Coaxitron-based system for extended operation over twisted-pair cable or RF wireless systems. The unit decodes and converts Coaxitron signals into two separate outputs--RS-422D and ground-loop isolated video. Once converted, the RS-422D output control signal from the CDX440 can be sent up to 6000 feet over unshielded twisted-pair cable, or for longer distances using an RS-422 line driver. Video output can be sent over coaxial cable
