The ZoneBarrier surge-protection module uses a double network of fast diodes and silicon avalanche diodes to control lightning-induced transients to low levels. The module, which can be racked and stacked, can protect four wire pairs snapped onto a 19-inch rail-rack assembly. The modules provide protection and termination for up to 32 ports. They can also be mounted individually to any flat surface by using the provided screw holes.
