Test equipment

The Model 468 modular cable tester checks common modular configurations for opens, shorts, reversals, and transposed pairs. The transmit and receive units can withstand accidental connection to active circuits, and all test results are provided through sequencing LEDs. The transmitter unit also supplies a tone signal to identify the far end of the cable being tested.
