Communications-product manufacturer Andrew Corp. has appointed Debra Buck Huttenburg group president of Antenna Systems. In her new position, she will manage the worldwide sales and distribution of Andrew`s products. She has been an Andrew employee since 1988 and has held various positions with the corporation. Most recently, she was vice president of Antenna Systems.

Porter-Cable Corp. (Jackson, TN) has appointed Rene Donars vice president of international sales and marketing. In his new position, Donars will establish sales offices in the Caribbean, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim, as well as manage Porter-Cable`s existing sales operations in Canada. He has held sales and marketing positions since 1965, most recently as co-managing director of Porter-Cable`s manufacturing facility in Steinheim, Germany.

Alcatel`s data-cable product line Amer-icas sector (New Holland, PA) has appointed a staff and opened an office in Sao Paulo to serve customers in Brazil and the Mercosur. New Sao Paulo staff members include Moises Luna and Rodrigo Fernandes, outside sales representatives and business managers; Gabriella Saad de Notta, inside sales representative; and Silmara Rafael, administrative assistant.

Vertel (Woodland Hills, CA), a supplier of telecommunications network-management products, has appointed Fred Rampey vice president of professional services. He reports to Bruce Brown, Vertel`s president and chief executive officer. Rampey will be responsible for growing the professional services unit, which includes telecommunications software applications, technical consulting, and customer support.

The Wiremold Co. (West Hartford, CT) has appointed Hillary Rhody a product marketing specialist for perimeter systems. Rhody will work with the perimeter products group to develop new markets and products for perimeter raceway systems. She was formerly located at Wiremold`s Philadelphia, PA, facility, where she was responsible for marketing and sales to original equipment manufacturers. Wiremold also named Donald Sementilli product/business manager for overhead systems. He has responsibility for the Specmate line of cable-tray wire-management systems. Sementilli most recently served as marketing communications manager for O-Z/Gedney. The Wiremold Co. provides wire- and cable-management systems, connectivity systems, and power- and data-protection equipment.

Cable Plus (Bellevue, WA), a provider of cabling services to apartment complexes and condominiums, has promoted Robert S. McCambridge to executive vice president, and named Jerry Gronfein new senior vice president and chief financial officer. McCambridge will be responsible for customer originations, mergers, and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. He joined Cable Plus in 1996. Gronfein succeeds McCambridge as chief financial officer and was previously president of a merchandising company.
