Radiant increases scope of its warranty period

May 31, 2005 - Warranty now goes from one to five years on the entire line of products.

Radiant Communications has announced it has increased the scope of its warranty period from one to five years on the entire line of its products.

The company will display several of its products, including the V4125 MPEG-2 Encoder, V4400 MPEG-2 Encoder and RM1100 Remote Monitoring System during Cable-Tec Expo. The expo will take place June 14-17 in San Antonio, TX.

The company has increased the warranty period with the goal of further improving customer and partner support.

"The increase in our warranty period is just one part of our overall modernization of our company," says Chris Costa, director of engineering for Radiant Communications.

"The new five-year warranty enables our partners to sell our products and minimize the time and cost they spend on warranty issues," says Jack Fitzsimmons, president of Radiant Communications.
