NetCBT (www.netcbt.com) recently made available a self-paced training course on wireless local area networks (WLANs). The course describes the operation of WLANs, the components used to build them, WLAN signaling, and standards. It will also describe how to correctly design and install a WLAN in commercial and residential buildings.

The course is recognized by BICSI for eight continuing education credits toward the RCD, LAN Specialist, or Cabling Installation credential renewal.
