Ericsson appoints 3SAE Technologies as its North American service center

Ericsson Network Technologies has appointed 3SAE Technologies, Inc., as its exclusive service center in North America.

Ericsson is a manufacturer of optical fiber fusion splicers. It provides high strength factory splicing kits, outside plant field splicers and other optical fiber recoaters and accessories. 3SAE will provide certified service, support, training, fiber splice optimizations, spare parts and accessories for Ericsson's complete product line in the US, Canada and Mexico.

3SAE Technologies provides automated high strength fiber preparation solutions including the AutoPrep, which automates the strip, clean and cleave process and the AutoStrip, a non-mechanical, non-chemical window stripper. 3SAE also provides specialty fiber splicing and fiber recoating.
