    RIFOCS Corporation (www.rifocs.com) has announced the merger of its operations with Datacom-Textron (www.datacom.textron.com).

    RIFOCS Corporation (www.rifocs.com) has announced the merger of its operations with Datacom-Textron (www.datacom.textron.com). RIFOCS and Datacom-Textron are both subsidiaries of Textron Inc. (www.textron.com). The merger, to be completed by December 2000, will transfer Datacom-Textron's operations to RIFOCS Corp.'s Camarillo, CA. facility.
