Berk-Tek spin-off company

Alcatel (Paris, France; www.alcatel.com), Berk-Tek's (New Holland, PA; www.berktek.com) parent company will spin-off most of its cable and components activities into a new company called Berk-Tek, a Nexans Company. The new company will include Berk-Tek's operations in New Holland, Fuquay-Varina, and Elm City.
