BICSI introduced its first Web-based course, The Residential Telecommunications Cabling Standard.

The BICSI (Tampa, FL; www.bicsi.org) Telecommunications Cabling Installation Training and Registration Program has received warranty certification approval from leaders in the premises cabling components industry. Endorsing the BICSI registration program for manufacturer warranties are: ADC, Indianapolis, IN; Homaco, Inc., Chicago, IL; Krone, Inc., Denver, CO; Ortronics, Inc., New London, CT; and Elgadphon Communications, Tel-Aviv, Israel. BICSI introduced its first Web-based course, The Residential Telecommunications Cabling Standard: Understanding ANSI/TIA/EIA-570-A, during the BICSI Cabling Workshop in Atlanta, GA, October 9-11. The course is the first of a series of Web-based training that will be available on BICSI's Virtual Campus.
