March 31, 2003--Telecom supplier will integrate NHI's intelligent agent technology.
Network Harmoni, Inc., a developer of solutions for managing IT infrastructure, has formed a technology licensing agreement with telecom supplier Ericsson AB.
According to the agreement, Ericsson's network value-added services group will integrate NHI's intelligent agent technology to monitor the performance and availability of service enablers.
Ericsson (www.ericsson.com) will use Network Harmoni's RMONplus agent to gather system, network and application performance metrics for new wireless services applications.
NHI's agents will be integrated with new Ericsson Network Management Solutions, Fault and Performance Monitoring applications to provide Ericsson's customers with optimized service performance and availability.
