March 24, 2003 - Companies will provide end-to-end services for government, defense and commercial industry.

iTRACS Corp. has announced a partnership with American Systems Corp., a provider of technology solutions for government and commercial organizations.

The relationship is designed to strengthen both companies' ability to provide end-to-end enterprise services for government, defense and commercial industry customers.

ASC (www.2asc.com), based in Chantilly, VA., handles infrastructure installations and rollouts, systems and network integration, enterprise application deployment and integration, visual design, and training services. The company's client base includes government agencies and corporations, some who utilize iTRACS to manage their network infrastructure.

"ASC already provides services to many agencies that are deploying or evaluating iTRACS to manage their mission critical and security intensive infrastructures," says iTRACS Vice President Rick McNees. "By partnering with ASC, iTRACS can provide more resources and a broader range of services to roll out our infrastructure management technology, secure important installations, and work in conjunction with other partner initiatives in the federal and commercial sectors."

The iTRACS system combines hardware and software to document network wiring without manual intervention, detect authorized and unauthorized patching changes, and instantly alert system administrators of connectivity problems. It also self-discovers a network's topology, detects and documents the moves, adds and changes in wiring closets or data centers, and facilitates change control, troubleshooting and disaster recovery.

By identifying faulty port connections, iTRACS can speed problem resolution, so IT staffs operate more efficiently while minimizing network downtime. With its open-architectured design, iTRACS can converge data, voice, security, and emergency control wiring to provide a single platform that manages a building's entire cabling system.

ITRACS is based in Chicago, IL. For more information visit www.itracs.com.
