Benner-Nawman introduces optical fiber test equipment line

Benner-Nawman Inc. and its BN Products Group introduced a line of optical fiber test equipment at the 2003 SuperComm show in Atlanta, GA.

The Arizona-based company announced that it has reached an agreement with RadianTech, Inc. to commercialize that company's optical fiber products.
During SuperComm, the company displayed its new Visual Fault Locator (FFL-210), Optical Loss Tester (FTM- 130), Optical Power Meter (FTM-220), Optical Talk Set (FTK-110), Stabilize Laser Light Source (FTM-350) and Mini OTDR (FPL-320).

Benner-Nawman, which began manufacturing operations in 1925, has supplied telecommunication products for more than 50 years. Edward Kientz, the president of Benner-Nawman, is the past chairman of the Telecommunications Industry Association and he continues to serve on TIA's Board of Directors.
During the past three decades, Benner-Nawman and its BN Products Group has grown into an international corporation. Its products are installed and used in more than 50 countries worldwide. In the last 10 years, Benner-Nawman has concentrated its business efforts into channel distribution to specific industries including telecommunications.

RadianTech, based in Taiwan, is a research and development organization. RadianTech began manufacturing optical transceivers in 1991 followed by an optical terminal board in 1992, optical fiber data collection network in 1993; an array of handheld testing products in 1996 and a mini OTDR in 1998.
