Stream is installing fibre to sell and/or lease to carriers, service providers, government institutions, and enterprise customers. Stream's exclusive STAR technology (Sewer Telecommunications Access by Robot) provides the most advanced carrier-class network by laying fibre faster than existing methods and with minimal traffic disruptions.
