Greenlee Textron Acquires Tempo

Greenlee Textron (www.greenlee.textron.com) has completed its acquisition of Tempo Research Corporation (www.temporesearch.com). The acquisition includes a product line of multifunction test sets recently acquired by Tempo from Tektronix, Inc. (www.tektronix.com). Tempo now joins a supplier of products sold under the Greenlee, Progressive, Datacom, Klauke, Chesilvale, RIFOCS, IMAP, and Fairmont brands for wire and cable installation, maintenance, and testing.
